Terms of Service

EVI Shop (the “Store”, “we”) is an independent online seller of activation codes for subscriptions to third-party services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI or any other service provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

We sell activation codes. A code applies the subscription plan named on the product page to your own account for the stated period, through our activation page.

The features, limits and availability of the plan are defined by the service provider and may change on their side.

Prices are shown in USDT. You can pay from your account balance or by a USDT transfer on TRC20 or BEP20.

For a transfer, send the exact amount shown at checkout, in one transaction, in the selected network, before the payment window expires. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Payments with a different amount, in another network or after the window expires may not be matched automatically; we will try to match them manually on request, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds sent to a wrong or unsupported network.

Codes are delivered automatically: they appear on your order page right after the payment is confirmed and are also sent to your email. Keep your codes private — anyone who has a code can use it.

To activate a code you need your own account with the service and no active paid subscription on it at the time of activation. You are responsible for providing correct account details.

The session data you provide during activation is used only to apply the plan and is not stored afterwards. We keep only the email address of the account the plan was applied to, for support.

If an activation fails because of the account data you provided, the code is not used and you can try again.

If a code cannot be activated for reasons on our side, we will replace it or refund its price to your account balance.

Codes that have been successfully activated cannot be refunded. Refunds are also not possible for issues on the account owner’s side or for actions the service provider takes regarding your account.

We are responsible for delivering a working code and its activation as described on the product page. We are not responsible for the service provider’s changes to features, limits, prices or availability, or for losses that are not directly caused by us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree not to use the Store for fraud, to resell codes obtained through abuse, or to interfere with the Store’s operation. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
