How does it work?
Choose a plan and pay with USDT or your balance. Right after the payment is confirmed you get an activation code on the order page and by email. Enter it on the activation page, sign in to your account — and the plan is applied automatically.
Is the subscription activated on my own account?
Yes. The plan is applied to your own account, so you keep your chats, history and settings.
Do you need my password?
No, we never ask for your password. During activation you sign in to your account in your own browser and copy a session token from the page we show you. It is used once to apply the plan and is not stored.
How long does activation take?
Usually a few minutes after you submit the code. Sometimes a quick payment verification step appears — just follow the instructions on the activation page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
USDT on TRC20 (Tron) or BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), or your account balance. Send the exact amount shown at checkout in a single transfer — the order is confirmed automatically, usually within 1–2 minutes.
What if I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network?
Payments with a different amount may not be matched automatically — message us in Telegram: https://t.me/SuppEvi with your order link and the transaction hash, and we will match it manually. Funds sent to an unsupported network may not be recoverable, so please double-check the network before paying.
What if the activation fails?
If the activation doesn't go through, your code is not used — you can try again right away. If it still doesn't work, message us in Telegram: https://t.me/SuppEvi and we will help.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
We never charge you automatically — you pay once per code. To extend your plan, simply buy a new code.
Can I buy a plan as a gift?
Yes. A code can be activated on any account — just send it to the person you want to gift it to.
